My zone of genius is perceiving what lies beneath the surface in a person, a situation, or a system and creating the conditions for something to shift. Sometimes that means helping what is invisible become clear, named, and transformed. Sometimes it means reading what a moment needs and infusing it with joy, beauty, structure, and life. I do this through deep listening, intuition, art, and environments built with extraordinary care and attention to detail. When the conditions are right I follow the energy and what unfolds feels like an inevitable dance. The people I work with tend to leave more themselves than when they arrived.
